Husband and wife team, Sarah Parry and Ben Perry established the Good Mental Health Company to ensure that individuals and businesses across the UK have access to high quality First Aid for Mental Health Distance and in-person training and support. Sarah and Ben are committed to ensuring that learners are well trained to safely and knowledgeably explore the topics the training addresses. We are passionate about our training and we are inspired by the concept of training people to move others beyond mental distress and towards recovery.
