About Tabitha Yoga
Hi, I am Tabitha, Yoga and Pilates teacher and owner of Tabitha Yoga in Derbyshire. I'm a person of strength and depth, having experienced highs and lows in life, as we all do. Uniquely, what has made a huge difference to me, is my introduction and continuing experience with the practice of Yoga over the past 20 years. Over this time my practice has become enhanced and developed through, an interest in and then, qualification in Pilates. As a matter of fact, Yoga and Pilates have quite literally transformed my life and now through my classes, I would like to help transform your life too.
