Ceremonial Cacao Circle - Love and Forgiveness

Sunday's Cacao Ceremony is all about giving love and deep forgiveness. 

We all have someone who we need to forgive, be it from the past or in the present. This simple yet very powerful Ball of Metta meditation will help you realize that we are all interconnected in Spirit and that at the heart of all of us is an eternal purity that seeks release and unconditional love for ourselves and all.

It is a meditation performed from the heart, whilst using images and ideas in the mind to open the heart and move your consciousness there before performing it.
