I have over 30 years’ experience in Business Management & Development, Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice. I provide services as a counsellor, therapist, and trainer, specialising in addiction recovery and narcissistic abuse recovery. I am a registered member of the BACP and have over 20 years experience working as a Counsellor and therapist, specialising in addiction, mental health and dual diagnosis. My Personal Story I was born in East London, England in 1963. I live in Buckinghamshire England, working with clients globally. I am the proud mother of two adult children and four grandchildren. I grew up in a family who endured and suffered poor mental health, narcissistic abuse, and addiction issues. As a child and young adult, I battled with chronic depression, fear, and anxiety. In my 20’s I went into long term personal psychotherapy and group therapy. This was the catalyst for me in becoming a therapist. Though personal development, increased self-awareness, and behavioural change I was able to turn my life around and began to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. This personal work gave me the desire and passion to help others face their fears and abuse issues while healing and developing self-awareness. My intention and focus are to help and enable client’s live life to their full potential and become the best version of themselves.
