This is a female-designed, new, step-by-step guide, to teach you how you can truly activate and integrate some of the most essential Voicework tools to Free Your Voice and unleash your Creative Embodied Expression. This Women's Voice Empowerment Programme will provide you with ALL YOU NEED to learn how you can revive your Body's True Voice and your Real Feminine Power.

About the Course

The course is a 5 week interactive, self guided programme to support you on your journey to truly giving permission to your own vocal authority. During the course, you will be given a toolbox of methods including, loving and nourishing embodied voicework exercises, meditations and affirmation journeys, to learn how to step into your Empowered Feminine Voice. On this programme you will explore:

• MODULE 1 - Stepping beyond judgements of societal conditioning & feeling confident in your Voice

• MODULE 2 - How to use your own Voice vibration for healing by practising the essential tools of embodied sounding 

• MODULE 3 - How to activate you intuitive creativity and trust in your Self expression through playful voice activation

• MODULE 4 - How to own your emotional expression and build a healthy relationship with sounding your feelings

• MODULE 5 - How to use Voice Yoga as a wellbeing practise to support your day to day life

I am opening 6 more places priced at £250 for the entire course - The full price will be £500 when officially launched in November. You will have access to this course for 1 year, so once completed you can revisit any exercise, activity or practise as much as you need to develop the tools which resonate with you the most.
