Our mission is to offer you retreats, ceremonies, workshops and holistic treatments which can enable greater balance, empowerment, self care and inspiration through different stages of life. ​ CURRENTLY ON PAUSE DUE TO MATERNITY REOPENING ON 8TH APRIL 2023 WITH OUR WOMEN'S WELLNESS RETREAT Shala means ‘home’ in Sanskrit. Within yoga and Hindu traditions - it is a place where communities come together to find inspiration and practice. The connotations of a shala are that it is welcoming and homely, and our aim is that it is a place to come home to yourself, alongside connecting with others. ​ Other offerings include Women's Circles (Solstice's & Equinox's), Yoga Therapy for Women's Wellness, Hypnobirthing, Breathwork Coaching, Thai Yoga Massage and Pregnancy Massage, Mother Blessings and the 'Closing the Bones' ceremony for new mothers.
