Join us for a restorative day focused on parent and carers’ well-being . It will be a chance to reconnect with yourself and your inner wisdom and be together in community, in the beautiful Wye Valley. Our focus is on valuing our children for who they are and not who they are not or who they ‘should’ be; connecting with each other as humans and taking some time to reflect on the journey we are on. This is a psychology-led retreat and will have a focus on going deeper into our own needs to develop self-compassion practices.
