I am a Sales coach on a mission to change the way businesses and individuals view training. Having spent the best part of 2018 and 2019 travelling around the world delivering training with all types of businesses, bringing new fresh exciting ideas and approaches to training. Our view is that in order to get Return on Investment (ROI) on any training delivered it starts by understanding the learning style and perspective of the delegates. Training is NOT about sitting down for a full day listening to someone telling you what to do. It is about enjoying and having fun whilst learning.
