ROOTS POD Academy C.I.C is helping under 29 year olds to turn their business idea into a reality Using a simple 9-step business & branding programme that will start them on their business journey successfully. Mapping out the steps to an entire business with a one-page business plan. Through interactive workshops, we can cover some or all of the 9 steps. Our workshops are facilitated by real business owners (DBS checked), who share practical tips from their areas of expertise. Whether you are starting up, an entrepreneur or scaling up your business, our 9-step plan will keep you focused on achieving your desired business goals. Feeling a little anxious about starting up? Schools, Colleges, PRUs & Community Groups ROOTS POD Academy C.I.C use engaging entrepreneurship workshops to boost confidence, grades and reduce challenging behaviour. Our objective is to enable young people to recognise their passion and raise their aspirations and self-esteem, by setting goals we will support them to achieve. We’ve previously delivered our 9-step workshop over 8 weeks as part of the BTEC Business Enterprise syllabus, using fun and interactive methods to keep students engaged – Our workshops can relieve teachers from creating a few lesson plans too.
