Compliance training is the process of educating employees on the laws, regulations and company policies that apply to their day-to-day job responsibilities. This training can assist in creating a safe, hospitable and respectful workplace as well as detecting and/or avoiding compliance violations. Poor compliance has the potential to lead to injuries, damage property, tarnish reputation, result in fines and other legal liabilities.
