Improve your flexibility in a safe and gentle way at Pole Twisters dance studios

Suitable for any gender, level, age or ability

You do not have to attend pole dancing lessons to book these classes

Please bring – own water bottle & towel

Please wear - warm, non-restrictive clothes & socks. Leggings/jogger type clothes

CLASS CONSISTS OF:

warm up through gentle and dynamic movement/stretches
specific flexibility work
cool down/relaxing stretches

COST – £5 per person at our dance studio

Pole Twisters ltd started teaching lessons in July 2007 by two sisters, Carla & Lisa who have now employed many teachers, 3rd party teachers & other staff. We consider ourselves a very friendly small business that is thriving to be a successful business in Wales & beyond.
