Our Retreat Centres in the UK and in Sri Lanka are located in peace and tranquillity. We are a holistic Ayurveda, Yoga/Meditation Retreat Centre teaching our guests a way of life. Plantation Villa offers a warm, friendly, homely atmosphere for guests to relax, enjoy and learn a way of life in harmony with oneself and the environment. We also specialise in the art of healing, using our unique six dimensional approach to wellness.

We run residential and day retreats, regular classes on Yoga, Meditation, Tai chi, Sound baths, nature walks and many others. Additionally we run periodic in depth classes on Yoga Teacher Training, Ayurveda Practitioner Training and Ayurveda Therapy Training.
