‘Once Upon the Mat’ is passionate in supporting individuals during crucial milestones within their lives to enrich, encourage and build confidence in a non-judgement, nurturing environment which supports the mental health and wellbeing of all We truly believe that we aren’t just a class, we are a community. Our aim to create a continuity of care to ensure that families feel supported through their pregnancy, birth, motherhood and beyond within a welcoming, non-judgemental and nurturing space. We not only provide classes to support your baby or child’s development, but we also provide fourth trimester support for those vital months after birth. As a Mama myself, I also understand how difficult it can be to catch those “ME” moments of self-care amongst our long list of priorities. However, through this journey fo motherhood I understand how important is to give the world the best of you, rather than the rest of you. That’s why we also hold Mama retreats – just for you!
