Menopause Wellness East Anglia has created an unique and enriching program based on the fundamental facts that during our peri and post menopausal years, we ladies need that little extra help, care and support. Sadly, this is not readily available or easily accessible. ​ Menopause forms a huge part of female biology with more than a third of a female’s life lived post menopause. Despite this, menopause remains a topic that is not often talked about or taken seriously. It has been only recently that menopause has been added to the school curriculum.
