I also teach in studios, gyms, halls, corporates and at clients' premises. My yoga teaching style is a blend of Hatha, Yin Yang and Mindful Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Mixed ability & drop-ins welcome. 200hr Teacher Training with Simon Low at The Yoga Academy (BWY, Yoga Alliance UK, US).
