Leaps And Bounds Community Project

The Leaps & Bounds project was started in 2008 and re-located to a more centrally situated shop in Park Street Deal in 2010 to provide real life work experience for those with learning difficulties .It is a non profit project selling art and hobby craft materials to the public.It offers an innovative opportunity for the adults who attend to learn about retail work . The adults are encouraged to be involved with dealing with members of the public ,displaying goods,stock taking and pricing up,using the till,money handling and many other aspects of the day to day running of the shop.
