About Us People is where it all started…. KBS at it’s foundation was built around the idea that people are the most valuable asset any organization can have. Primarily KBS began in labour recruitment more than a decade ago, and successfully provided skilled and general labour to the engineering, construction and logistics sectors of the country. This was the calling for roughly 15 years and in that period KBS has embarked on a journey of enhancing the workforce and to continuously evolve the way people utilize their skills on a daily basis. Through our journey we have identified a key issue involving skilled labour shortages and have diversified into training and development. Today, we stand as a proud accredited provider of skills development training that not only enhances the potential of current employees and prospective candidates but also as a training centre that emphasizes quality of life and safety at its forefront.
