You will learn about the Principles of HACCP, Food Safety Management, Hazards, CCPs, Critical Limits, Target Levels, Codex Decision Tree, Different methods of Monitoring, Corrective Actions, Verification methods and HACCP documentation.

We will also cover Safer Food Better Business for Catering learners.

You will be assessed by a multiple choice exam of 20 questions.

Although we are based in London, we do travel to different locations outside London. Trainer travel fees may be applicable, depending on your business location.
