The company was founded in 2014 by Dr Kenton Lewis MBE to offer specialist and expert guidance in the areas of: - organisational development; - staff development & well being; and - research, evaluation & review. Building initially on experience from secondary and tertiary education, we now support organisations across the public, private and charity/third sectors. Working with individuals, organisations and other stakeholder groups, we tailor services to our clients' specific needs and objectives. Our philosophy and approach is based on supportive and facilitative engagements with staff and organisational leaders, delivering solutions tailored to your organisation's particular need.
