About Jodie A Coach With A Passion For Results My name is Jodie Manson and I am an online coach, personal trainer and EIQ Nutrition Certified Coach I fell in love with fitness from a very young age at 16. My own fitness journey started after I became severely unwell and underweight. Nothing could help me, until I found the gym. My recovery started when I fell in love with finding who I truly am from lifting weights in the gym. Ever since the fire in my belly has never left. After my recovery this is where my life began again, I found out who I was as an individual, found my power and why I was here, and that was to then help other girls achieve their own goals. I have been a personal trainer for years now and this is where I belong.
