Based in Birkdale, Southport, situated on the Merseyside and Lancashire border in the north west of England, we offer a dedicated service which supports you and your care service at any time. We can assist with making sure that you are on the right path prior to a CQC inspection with our Mock CQC Inspections or after your CQC inspection, where you may need assistance in improving areas of the service. Inspired for Health understands how stressful it can be to run a successful adult social care business with the many pressures of CQC regulations, managerial procedure, audits, and staff well-being. We promote and support services with quality, integrity and sustainability. Inspired for Health is led by Georgina Turner. Georgina has been working in healthcare for over 30 years giving her a wealth of practical as well as strategic knowledge and experience from the front line and beyond. After completing her Nursing Diploma, Law Degree and Law Masters She supported CCGs, Community, Foundation & Acute Trusts on a variety of topics including: CQC Compliance with Regulations, Nurse Staffing, Consent, Governance and Quality Monitoring. She currently works in Primary Care and within the independent hospital sector supporting teams with Governance and regulatory compliance. Georgina has also worked in the NHS as a Risk Manager, Claims and Litigation Manager, Quality Programme Manager, Information Governance Manager, District Nurse and Acute Medical Nurse as well as within Nursing Home and Domiciliary Care settings. She has also gained nearly 10 years experience in healthcare quality and audit.
