'm Sophie, the founder of Ink & Bear and I'm obsessed with creativity! I've been printmaking (mostly screen printing!) for nearly 17 years and I love teaching people creative techniques such as printmaking and collage and particularly love working with people who are feeling a little rusty creatively! I have 13 years experience of working in small businesses, including 6 years of working in a senior team as Head of Operations for a small events management and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) company. I'm a total business and organisation nerd and LOVE helping other small businesses to put together practical timelines, strategies and plans for them to get on track with their creative ideas.
