HKôre studios, is a beautiful new, wellbeing space & Pilates studio based on the outskirts of Guildford where we host both mat and reformer classes suitable for all abilities. We also host some specialist classes including a specific class for new mothers to help strengthen their post-baby body, as well as an equestrian class focusing on building flexibility and strength in all the right places, and a running class which puts the emphasis on improving your strength, balance and running technique!
