Two soulful Yoga Classes (Open to all levels) 

Two beautifully calming Meditation Sessions

Nourishing vegetarian food and refreshments 

A workshop on Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as 'Tapping Therapy'

A stunning sound bath utilising a Sun Gong and both the Himalayan and crystal bowls.
