I am a personal trainer and Ju-jitsu instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. I provide personal training sessions at PT Corner in Buxton. This is a private gym where you can work out in peace without being surrounded by people. I specialise in working with introverts who don’t enjoy the typical busy gym environment.
