I would give the Aptitude Academy a five star rating because it has shown me how to control and learn new strengths and weaknesses. It has also shown me how to control some of my emotions. One of the things I most enjoy is when I come into the room where we talk, I can be open and no one will judge or tell other people, it will just be between us. Since I have joined I have felt less nervous in swimming competitions and running races.
