35 Years as a training instructor across different sectors has taught me one thing, all the control measures in the world won’t guard against a negative attitude. Hearing of accidents over the years, and after experiencing some first-hand I was impelled to make a difference in the workplace to help eliminate or mitigate the likelihood of any future accidents and injuries. Training is an investment. Accidents are extremely costly, and no business can afford them. For every pound spent on training today saves many more pounds tomorrow. We have accreditation and non-accreditation courses, the standard of the training does not change and both meet HSE requirements, and if your workers don’t need to move from site to site then non-accreditation courses will be sufficient and are also discounted from accreditation courses.
