Flow with Shell

Hi I’m Shell, offering yoga and acroyoga classes in Bristol that are invigorating, creative and playful. I invite my students into a safe space and help give them the tools to build a strong relationship with their body and connect to inner wisdom and strength. I encourage students to trust themselves and their yoga journey to help find more confidence both on and off the mat.
