fairprocess has a considerable experience base of using restorative interventions in a broad range of settings. We also have a lot of experience in developing a restorative response so that it fits in with an institution's or organisation's current work. fairprocess was established for facilitating and training restorative practice in 2004 and have flexible courses that are bespoke to client needs. Throughout the UK and rest of the world we specialise in the following: Facilitation Experienced facilitation process with follow-up support. This involves our facilitator approaching parties with a view to seeing if a restorative intervention is suitable using sensitive and planned preparation procedures.
