After over a decade of working in a consultancy and health and safety role within other organisations, I felt restricted and constantly held back. Having to charge clients high rates and tie them into long and drawn out contracts without giving a quality and personable service, led to the idea of a new way of providing any sector with the quality and one to one care I would have wanted from a consultancy.
