I'm Emily Grace... A yoga teacher, a professional dancer, an enthusiast, explorer and lover of life itself. I try to live my life the best I can with authenticity, compassion and grounding. I fell in love with yoga the first time we met and for the last 6 years I have been dedicating my life to being a student of yoga and now a teacher. Since completing my Vinyasa Flow 200hr RYT teacher training at Fringe.Yoga in Essex certified by Yoga Alliance, I have enjoyed teaching a variety of yoga and meditation classes and workshops in London and Essex.
