2002 Devon EMS was established in 2002 as South Devon Event Medical Services, mainly as a motorcross medical provider. 2007 Rebranded and relaunched as Devon Event Medical Services [Devon EMS] to become a general event medical services provider. 2012Registered as a charity and rebranded as Devon Essential Medical Services. 2014Devon Ambulance and First Aid Services [AmbFAS] registered as a Community Interest Company [CIC] owned by Devon EMS and registered with the Care Quality Commission [CQC] 2014EMS Training Solutions created as the training arm of Devon EMS and registered as a Highfield Training Centre. 2022Devon EMS & Southern Event Solutions registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation [CIO] to become the Event Services Unit providing Medical, Security and Welfare services at events, plus covering a much wider geographical area. 2022Devon Essential Medical Services [DEMS] to continue as a Registered Charity in "shell format"undertaking an important supportive role for Devon EMS & Southern Event Solutions CIO, will continue to own AmbFAS. 2022EMS Training Solutions being rebranded as EMS Training & Wellbeing to be registered as a Community Interest Company owned by DEMS.
