In this practical two-day workshop, you will be introduced to the Usui System of Reiki, originally from Japan. You will learn about the philosophy, history, and theory of Reiki as well as the mind-body connection, including how to harness and use Reiki every day for health, happiness and for deepening your relationships with others.

I am a Reiki Teacher in Manchester and one of the few traditionally trained Reiki Masters in the UK who have been trained by international best-selling Reiki author Penelope Quest. My teaching methods use traditional Reiki techniques perfected over many years and you can be assured of my support during and after your course. I teach all three levels of Reiki courses, level 1 reiki. level 2 reiki and reiki master level 3

This takes place in my cabin studio in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, on a Sunday morning at select times in the month. It is a condensed version of the advanced healing I work with.  I offer this to help people with stress, anxiety, insomnia, so it is a shorter session.  I allow time before the healing for you to acclimatise to the session, and time after the healing, for you to ground so that you are centred for your journey home.  It is an introductory session to frequency healing, which balances the heart, nervous system and mind, and can include a limited amount of guidance. These sessions can be booked as a one to one taster of this unique modality, or for groups up to 4 to receive healing together. It is important that you wear comfortable clothing, in layers to allow for the change of temperature in my studio.  Please bring water to drink.  I have toilet facilities and parking is unrestricted along my street, though I do ask that you respect my neighbours by parking safely and keeping noise to a minimum. For you to join I will require your full name, date of birth and email.  This helps me to tune into your energy system and also send you any further information if necessary.  All your personal information is completely confidential and never shared without your permission. Paediatric First Aid (12 Hour) Description: This two-day paediatric first aid course focuses on emergency scenarios that face those looking after young children and infants, including day nurseries, private nursery schools, pre-schools, before and after school clubs for children in the early years age group, childminders, parents and carers of children at home. Designed around the needs of all child carers, our paediatric first aid courses place emphasis on dealing with sick or injured children and babies. Our 12 hour course syllabus exceeds the Ofsted Early Years and Childcare Register requirements. Our professional trainers utilise both practical and theory sessions. Learners receive a Paediatric First Aid guide book, a training dressing and a CPR barrier protection device.Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and care of the unconscious requires physical effort. Learners should be capable of working with casualties at floor level. Learners are assessed continually by the trainer. The HSE strongly recommend that all First Aiders undertake annual refresher training of at least 3 hours per year. This course in Crawley West Sussex is designed for learners who need to learn first aid for the workplace. We are based in Crawley on the Manor Royal industrial district. You will learn CPR, choking and how to deal with unresponsive casualties.

Paediatric First Aid at Work RQF is training designed mainly for those who work with children in a childcare setting and include both children and infants.

Empower Mental Health First Aiders and Champions to maintain their skills with regular Refresher training. Just like physical first aid, we recommend that you refresh your skills every two to three years. (Certificate expires after 3 years).
