Frequently asked questions
What is your refund policy?
We can accept cancellations up until 48 hours before we begin. We regret, as we are a small CIC, that we cannot take cancellations via email but ask that you log into Eventbrite to cancel your ticket should it be necessary.
Do I need any special equipment?
No, you need something to take a photograph on, a valid email address and a strong internet connection so that we can communicate over zoom. You would benefit from downloading an app called www.padlet.com to your device but this is not essential. The extension project is entirely optional.
What happens after the week long project is finished?
You will be invited into a community project or if you live in North Yorkshire you might like to book a 1:1 session with me. Personalised sessions start at £49:99 per person.
Do I have to be a photographer?
Absolutely not, we assume no prior experience of photography.
Is this like therapy?
We are not therapists but the process has a gentle and calming effect upon your wellbeing. We will be engaging in simple tasks to encourage mindfulness. We do ask that you are well and happy to engage in a small group session online. We embody respect in our work and we ask that you do the same.
Will you be using my images?
We never share your images unless you specifically ask for us to. Your image and copyright remains your own.
Can I share your lesson content?

Your ORSC Journey
You’ll start your ORSC™ journey by joining one of two courses: Fundamentals of ORSC™ (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) or ORS@Work (Organisation & Relationship Systems at Work).
 
Both courses are grounded in the same skill set and principles, ORS@Work focuses on workplace scenarios, whereas Fundamentals covers a broader landscape.
 
Once you’ve finished an introductory course, be it Fundamentals of ORSC or ORS@Work, you’re eligible to continue with remaining modules in the ORSC series.
 
These modules must be taken sequentially, since each one relies on the foundation of the preceding course. We're thrilled to be a part of your coaching journey and look forward to helping you reach your coaching and leadership goals!
 
 
Credentials 
The ORSC series is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. This means you can work towards obtaining an ICF Credential at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or Master Certified Coach (MCC) level.
 
Upon successfully completing all five courses in our ORSC™ training series, starting from the Fundamentals, and progressing through Systems Integration, you'll earn a remarkable 84 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units. For those who decide to take it a step further and achieve ORSC Certification, you'll proudly hold the ORSCC credential and an additional 96.5 CCE units.

of like-minded individuals, each bringing a diverse range of skills and experiences, enriching your learning experience. You'll have the chance to practice, reflect, learn, and connect with this vibrant community. Additionally, you'll gain insights on co-facilitation from our faculty members and industry leaders.


Booking Options
Alongside the date for the course, you'll see optional dates for your Mentoring calls. These are additional learning opportunities we provide for free on top of your training dates. These are optional and not compulsory, but we do recommend you attend if you are able. 
The Mentoring call is a 90-minute session to reconnect with your learning system and your leaders to embed everything you've learned in the course. It's a space to share your experiences of using the tools and skills and to ask the leaders for input on any experiences you've had whilst coaching relationships. It's a fantastic opportunity to deepen your experience of the tools and skills you've learnt and fine-tune your practice.

We reflect on our practises and discuss our experiences of home practice. We learn about aspects of stress reduction and the neuroscience of mindfulness and complete a new practice each week. The mindfulness practices include guided meditations and some gentle movement.&nbsp;</p><p style="color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7);"><strong fr-original-style="" style="font-weight: 700; box-sizing: border-box;">What is home practice?&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" fr-original-style=" color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.7);">Each week we learn a new practice together during the session and participants are given an audio recording of that practice to complete at home. This is because it takes 8 weeks of consistent practice for the benefits of mindfulness to take place. To really get the most out of this course, participants are advised to make space for home practice.
