Come to join our new Tai Chi sessions with Yiyang, who has a deep rooted background in traditional Chinese inward training, breath-based therapy and historical study in Yoga and Buddhism. She will lead us with a gentle, low-impact form of movements, performing a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths.
