Escape deep into the Sussex countryside for a weekend of stillness, introspection and nurture, through the practices of yoga, meditation and mindful stargazing.
This course is intended for anyone who has already undertaken basic body massage/sports massage training, and would like to develop their knowledge of common conditions affecting the hips, pelvis, groin and gluteal area, with self help measures that can be suggested to clients, or to introduce someone to some common injuries prior to undertaking a sports massage course. The course will help students to gain further insight into injuries from a more medical viewpoint.
