The Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), formerly known as the A1 certificate is a recognised qualification that is intended for those who assess both occupational competence in the work environment and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace, (such as workshops, classrooms or other education and training settings). If you do not have access to assess in the workplace, consider the Award rather than the certificate. It provides the essential knowledge and understanding that assessment staff need, as well as the opportunity to practice assessment skills – followed by in-depth feedback and development goals from a highly experienced assessor. ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management – 9 day Accredited training course delivered in Nottingham A course for supervisors and junior managers which brings tangible benefits to the participants and to their organisations through applying the concepts taught at each stage directly to the work environment. The course is assessed in a practical manner through work based assignments for which tutorial guidance is supplied. The course is delivered in an interactive way to appeal to a variety of learning styles and to encourage participation.

ILM Level 2 Award in Customer Care – 4 day Accredited training course delivered in Nottingham A nationally recognised qualification taught across 4 x 1 day deliveries approximately 3 weeks apart. The course is specifically tailored for individuals whose job role requires direct customer interface, and where influencing and meeting the needs of customers is particularly important.
