Based in Long Melford I provide dog training services throughout Suffolk and Essex. I cover all aspects from puppy through to obedience classes, one to one training, social walks as well as specialising in behaviour management in your home or on your walks. Classes train outside amongst natures smells and distractions, in a fenced paddock, focusing on excellent off lead work, close lead walking and impeccable social skills. I tailor training to suit the individuals you are, even in group sessions. I use reward based methods utilising treats, toys or affection. You will learn new ways to communicate clearly with your dog and set them up for success. I aim to provide enjoyable training sessions, with an insight into how dogs learn, resulting in well balanced dogs with natural leaders. This can be the case for new teachers and those that are more experienced.  There are so many behaviour systems out there that promise to change behaviour but unfortunately, they don't build long-lasting relationships and trust. I have been teaching at a challenging inner-city school for the past 6 years and have built a solid understanding of these environments. I have come across a whole range of behaviours I now run an alternative provision setting in a mainstream school as well as managing the SEMH needs of the school. In my training school, you can expect to receive high-level coaching that takes you on a journey on improving your understanding and implementation of behaviour support tools that actually work long term. I believe in a coaching model that provides evidence-based approaches without telling you what to do. Together they have a combined experience of over 65 years experience as educational psychologists working across the UK. For 18 years since founding Inclusive Solutions they have offered a range of inspiring inclusion oriented services including casework, person centred planning, innovative training and community building. Previously as Principal and Senior strategic Educational Psychologists in Nottingham City LEA, they bring a wealth of practical, applied solutions and processes from their work with children and young people with exceptional needs aged between 0-19. Together they have written several books such as: Creating Circles of Friends, Circles of Adults, Restorative Solutions, Keys to Inclusion and Person Centred Planning Together.  Inclusive Solutions  is also a small publishing house and has published a number of books for other leading internationally renouned inclusive authors including: Incurably Human, Taking the Time, Seeing the Charade, Quiet Riot and Dear Parents. They have planted and built Community Circles in Nottingham, Scotland and Suffolk. They continue to co facilitate Nottingham NG Circle which has been running for over 8 years. Currently they are providing training nationally and internationally with a wonderful team of associates.
