This qualification recognises the skills, knowledge and competence required of an individual in order to work in an unsupervised capacity, including the values and principles of adult social care and the ability to plan and deliver chair–based exercise to either disabled adults or frailer older adults.

The S.C.I.E.N.C.E.S Extended Program is a 6-month powerful personal development training tool incl. 12 individual coaching sessions, based around Neuroplastic Mental Acceleration (NMA): encompassing the eight steps to ascension, spread over 60 x 30 minute training sessions: Accept, Aware, Assess, Adapt, Aspire, Accelerate, Actualise, Ascend.
