Join Us for This Dynamic Open Space Workshop! Come along and participate in this new Open Space style workshop. For leaders in children's, youth, young adult and student ministries, this event is all about fostering relational connections, sparking new ideas, and being mobilised to participate in problem solving in a fruitful way. OpenSpace gatherings are highly dynamic and participatory, enabling attendees to shape the agenda in real-time. Come along expecting an environment where everyone is welcome to contribute, collaborate, and share experiences. Through networking and the cross-pollination of ideas, you'll have the chance to engage in meaningful discussions and brainstorm practical solutions to help you and your ministries thrive. Key Aims: Strengthen team productivity, participation and collaboration. Create a space where leaders feel supported and less isolated in their roles. Gather and share insights and ideas on what additional resources or support we need to be more effective in our ministries.
