🧑‍⚕️🧑‍🔬🚑🩺 DO YOU WANT TO LEARN VALUBLE SKILLS, WANT TO WORK EVENTS, FESTIVALS AND IN NIGHTCLUBS, OR HAVE A DESIRE TO WORK IN THE AMBULANCE SERVICE.🚑 This is the first step into the Medical world as a First Responder. The QA Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care also known as FREC3 is a PHEM D qualification which is the entry level into being able to provide medical cover at events. The cost is £425 plus VAT per person (£510pp) This is a 5 day course being held at our training centre in Laindon, Essex (SS15 6SS), all days must be attended and sessions will be 9am-5pm each day. Available course dates: July – 8th-12th August - 5th-9th The course will run with a minimum of 4 learners and a maximum of 6 learners. This is for New leaders/Managers working within early years. This programme is delivered over 12 weeks consisting of 6 topics which all include work based projects. 1. What does good leadership look like? 2 Enhance your communication skills .3. Let us explore good teamwork. 4 Managing Difficult Conversations. 5. Getting to know sector relevant documents. 6. The importance of wellbeing for yourself and for your team. This programme of training ensures new leaders are professional, knowledgeable and confident in leading teams of people.  The work based projects gives the opportunity to practise new skills and then reflect on that practise with the trainer. The programme is delivered individually for maximum impact either face to face or virtually depending on the location The trainer has 24 years experience of managing teams of people in the early years and can relate to the busy, challenging emotional environments that Early Years Leaders work in. Each session is 1.5hrs.  

The Combined First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid course has been specifically designed for those who work in settings that require both First Aiders and Paediatric First Aiders, such as schools, sports clubs, or other childcare settings, and has been perfectly streamlined to avoid the duplication of topics associated with attending both the First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid courses separately.
