The qualification is designed for learners who have responsibility for promoting health choices within the workplace, or who would like to get involved in championing workplace health. This level 2 course is delivered online across two sessions, both must be attended in order to achieve the qualification. This is a 1-day Advanced diploma course.. Clients are increasingly asking for deeper and more advanced techniques due to their effectiveness in treating a host of issues, the most widespread being back and shoulder pain. On this course you will learn deep tissue techniques, trigger point, palpation, neuromuscular techniques, and hands-free techniques all for a full body treatment. This is a more targeted Deep Tissue Massage course designed to help you target specific concern areas.

This qualification provides learners with knowledge and skills to apply reliable, evidence-based nutritional science and healthy eating recommendations. Learners will gain an understanding of nutritional science and their application to exercise, sport and athletic performance. This includes the limitations and risks of supplements and performance aids, and the importance of hydration for sports performance. Working within their scope of practice, learners will be able to support their clients in their understanding of the relevance of official guidelines to personal food preferences and needs, including for health and wellbeing, weight management and sports performance.
