It allows us to go behind and beyond the surface of things, to understand why and how certain situations occur in our lives. Shamanism is a spiritual practice that goes beyond every beliefs and culture and is about trying to reach our full potential as we walk on planet earth, so connecting ourselves to the whole. Shamans were described as the first physicians, magicians, artists, storytellers, spiritual beings. But shamans are healers that make changes in invisible realms to help healing in the ordinary reality of the community. Shamans see in the darkness (which is the meaning of the Siberian word “Shaman”) while connecting with the divine outside the time in an altered state of consciousness. We can work together using different methods: A) Shamanic healing  We can work together to solve one of these imbalances in your life, where you feel:  lost and without life purpose, unhappy and unsatisfied, anxious and worried, overwhelmed and stressed, without energy and hope, uncertain about your future, stuck in repetitive dynamics, unable to manifest abundance, incapable of making decisions,not aligned with your heart, disconnected from the universe,impatient and impulsive, not focused and balanced, with low esteem and more? B) Ikigai coaching to find your soul mission through shamanic work   Ikigai is the manifestation, the realization of who you are. It has always been with you, it is your reason for being. Some people are lucky to find a job that corresponds to their true passion. They earn a living doing what they love. But there are a lot of people that do not have such a privilege or can’t find the courage for such a big change.The Japanese people from the island of Okinawa have a word for you: Ikigai. It’s your “reason for being”, where you combine what you love with what you are good.  Ikigai is 'what makes you happy to get out of bed in the morning' and is formed by the union of two words: iki which means 'life' and gai  that  is 'what is worthwhile' which the ancients called “happiness”, your soul mission.  Our session together will be a deep inner journey, suitable for those who already know their life mission and those who have no clue at all about it or just are not aware how to combine their gifts and skills. You will reconnect with your inner voice and true skills to realize your true life mission. C) 1-1 Shamanic Divination and find your 9 power animals  Everyone has nine power or totem animals that emulate each person’s abilities, talents and challenges.  For example if a person is connected to Wolf as a power animal, that person is a born teacher, pathfinder, innovator. This does not mean that the person has acknowledged the gifts. The 9 animals are one for each of Direction (4 plus above, below, within) and two animals that walk aside you each time and that maybe have come to you in dreams for years or that you are simply drawn to. Through the use of cards, while connecting to my Spirit Allies, I will find out which animals are your main guides into your life.  Afterwards you will have the opportunity, while tuning with the 9 animals,  A) to ask a burning question. Indeed, when we think of memorable or iconic screen performances we find it difficult to separate the actor from the character. There is a sense in which the character becomes the character. Or another way of thinking about it, the actor owns the character. The skill of becoming or owning the character is even harder on screen than it is on stage. On stage, performances rely heavily on the actor’s skill in voice and movement – as well of course their ability to use emotions the way they are supposed to. Mastery over physicality, voice and emotion is often what makes the stage actor memorable in a role. But if the stage actor relies on voice and movement primarily, what does the screen actor need to hold onto to elevate their on screen characters? How does ‘becoming the character’ look like for the actor working on screen? This course is a first step into helping you create memorable characters on screen – character performances you own. Over the course of the 5 weeks, the Online Screen Acting Course will deliver key insights into how to do screen acting the most powerful but also, most efficient way. We familiarise you with the yacht and spend the week port hopping whilst you gain experience and work towards your qualification. Competent Crew - An ideal way to develop your skills and to start to become an active crew member capable of contributing to the running of a boat. Course content includes learning how to steer the boat, what the sails do, knot-tying, basic seamanship principles and safety procedures. Day Skipper - Putting Day Skipper level theory into practice and taking command of both the boat and crew, you will also learn learn basic engine checks. This includes building on previous experience and developing new skills for close quarter manouevring, handling under power and sail, day navigation, with some night hours.   RYA Coastal Skipper / Yachtmaster™ Preparation - £770 A five day practical course for Coastal Skipper or preperation Yachtmaster™ candidates, this course will build and refine your skills and knowledge, including your planning and skippering for passages with pilotage at day and night, boat handling and safety and emergency procedures. If you are looking to gain the Yachtmaster™ Offshore or Coastal Certificate, please let us know and we will arrange an examiner for you. We cannot over emphasise the need for personal preparation for this exam; your theory knowledge should be instinctive and you should exercise safe practices and judgment without being too overcautious. Primarily you will be examined on  your ability to be a good skipper. Our emphasis during this course is consolidate all that you have already learned and fine tune any areas that need improvement. You will be expected to be fully skilled in the following areas: communication with crew members, confident and competent boat handling, high standard chart work and navigation, safety briefings and procedures, radio communication, meteorology skills.   -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our current school boat is the modern 2017 Dufour 382, a fantastic boat to learn and develop your knowledge on; with her spacious deck layout,dual helm and on-deck plotter, she is easy to handle in close and open quarters. Operating along the picturesque South Devon coast, we venture to prime local cruising locations such as Torbay, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Plymouth. Marinas feature as a daily stop, providing time to reflect and partake in shore-side activities. Our aim is to provide safe fun on the water, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in a safe and friendly environment. We use a 3:1 students to instructor raitio, which allows our experienced RYA instructors to tailor courses to the various levels and needs on board, and deliver at a managable pace. Navigation is taught using traditional charting techniques along with electronic methods using E-Series Raymarine chart plotters and Radar. All course prices include accommodation on board, meals for the duration of the course, fuel and mooring fees, and the provision of fresh linen and towels.Waterproofs are available upon request.
