<p>Mature fields differ from green field developments in that major infrastructure is in place, static reservoir data has accumulated from development drilling and a growing volume of production and processing performance data has become available. Decisions therefore relate to incremental projects, which may be small in scope and are often economically marginal. A firm understanding of the technical fundamentals associated with reservoir, wells and surface facilities is therefore required to make quality decisions in this environment, supported by realistic uncertainty ranges, and consistent application of incremental project economics and risk analysis. Various strategies may be considered to manage the mature asset, from harvest to divest, and the selected incremental activities should support a clear chosen strategy.</p>

An online  gathering at the Soul Shed to journey into your inner world through forest story.
The clearing in the centre of the forest is a magical place of transformation and one where new contact can be made with the creatures and characters of our inner world.
If you are new to intuitive creativity, and The Soul Shed approach to exploring, know that you need no experience to participate in these sessions apart from in being you! Bring your curiosity and imagination, and the forest clearing will contain what you need, as a map and a mirror to learn about yourself in a gentle non-intrusive way.
Supported by the trees of the forest,  we will find this space within and take our time here, meeting with achetypal characters like Red Riding Hood, Woodcutter, Wolf, Green man and woman, Rapunzel,  Prince and Sleeping Beauty, discerning which of these beings wants to share their wisdom with each of us. 
This is an opportunity to go into the world of forest story and to explore your intuitive creativity as a wisdom stream you can connect with through your embodied presence!
