These classes will include gentle yoga postures, joint freeing movements, breathing and mindfulness practices as well as short guided meditations where you are encouraged to lie down (or sit in a chair if you wish) Whilst an ability to get up from and down to the floor is helpful, all the practices can also be done whilst sitting in a chair.
