In this video, you will get step by step guidance on how to approach your application, filling out each section in a way that makes you stand out. You will learn how to interpret the job description and the person specification for the purpose of your application. We look at the NHS application platforms for England and NHS Scotland. At the end of the video, you will be able to read two supporting information sections for two different job applications that led to the applicant being shortlisted for the interview. You will also be able to download a further guide that you can use as a template to secure the job you want. We want to make your job application an easy and smooth experience for you.
