The Combined Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid course has been specifically designed to avoid the duplication of topics encountered in attending separate Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid courses. It is tailored for those who work in environments that require both First Aiders and Peadiatric First Aiders, such as schools, sports clubs or childcare facilities. This streamlined approach maximises efficiency and saves time for those seeking both certifications.
Hatha flow yoga class My signature yoga class, includes breath centred flowing sequences with more challenging variations for those that want them. Options given for whether you are new or more experienced. Each week is themed and you can expect yoga postures, short meditations which are guided and plenty of time for relaxation. The perfect way to finish off a Sunday evening. All levels including beginners welcome. Spare mats are available, but please feel free to bring your own favourite mat. Please arrive 5 - 10 mins before the class. Changing facilities are available. £11 per class or £7.50 concessions.
Gentle and slow paced yoga class - This class is ideal for those who are looking for a gentle mindful approach to yoga whether a beginner or more experienced. These classes will include gentle yoga postures, joint freeing movements, breathing and mindfulness practices as well as short guided meditations where you are encouraged to lie down (or sit in a chair if you wish) Whilst an ability to get up from and down to the floor is helpful, all the practices can also be done whilst sitting in a chair. The class will be structured around the needs of those who attend. Occasionally I may teach most of the class as chair yoga, where everyone is sat on a chair.
