We at Unmasked have all learnt to adjust and live with various mental health issues. Unmasked Mental Health was created with a desire to help others living with mental health issues, those who may be experiencing the same issues and coping with them alone. Our goal is simple, to provide a safe, stable regulated platform, for users to communicate with each other, create bonds and friendships, that they may have potentially missed out on. With an estimated 1 in 4 people experiencing some form of mental illness, it's probable that you, or one of your loved ones, could be living with a mental health issue in silence. The chance to talk to a someone like-minded, who maybe experiencing the same issues as you are, can be a real boost to one's confidence and self-esteem.

the cellar trust

The Cellar Trust is a registered mental health charity (No. 701982) that supports people with their mental health, across the Bradford district, Craven, and surrounding areas. We support people who want to better understand and manage their own mental health or support others. We also help organisations who want to develop mentally healthy work places and support the people they employ. We work as lead provider for Bradford Council Public Health, supporting local NHS and West Yorkshire Integrated Care System Mental Health Hubs and delivering training to the West Yorkshire police workforce. We draw on our experience from across the organisation as well as our partnership with 25 local organisations to design and deliver a wide range of mental health training.

Our story began ten years ago when Keith West looked back on his 30 plus year career, and with a radically reinventive mindset reconsidered the way businesses could achieve their true potential. Keith climbed the ranks amongst healthcare, airline, hospitality and retail sectors, where his roles progressed from an electrician to engineer, manager to director and they taught him how the minutia within an organisation could have a profound effect on its overall performance.
