Founded in 2018, the Dandelion Organisation Ltd is a dynamic Personal and Leadership Development company. We believe that every person has incredible potential and a opportunity to build a highly enriched and fulfilling life. It’s our mission to help individuals to find their voice, value and purpose. Not only do we help individuals discover but we also help them determine how to align themselves accordingly to successfully achieve this. This often helps to increase their performance in whatever they are engaged in. It also enhances their wellbeing as they learn the management and leadership skills needed. Through our personal and leadership development programmes, individuals learn how to manage themselves effectively so they are able to harmonise their present responsibilities with future aspirations based on clearly defined visions and goals. This work and support helps to create greater peace, happiness and wellbeing in individuals, organisations and society. We work with: Schools and their incredible students; particularly those from under represented groups as well as those from disadvantaged backgrounds, such as our founders, to help bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be personally, academically and beyond.
