This webinar will review 8 key ideas from traditional and contemporary Japanese philosophy and culture and their relevance to modern CBT practice.
In this unique workshop delegates will get the opportunity to discover a set of 8 ideas along with practical techniques for helping clients take alternative perspectives on their challenges and everyday life. Designed to sit alongside rather than replace core CBT and third wave approaches, these ideas and the associated techniques give a fresh look at the ways clients can make sense of their world and their well being.
